FiberZ

FiberZ (Wheat Resistant Dextrin) is a soluble plant-based dietary fiber produced through thermochemical modification of non-GMO wheat starch sourced exclusively from domestic Serbian wheat, supplied as a fine, light-brown free-flowing powder with a dietary fiber content exceeding 50%. It functions as a prebiotic substrate supporting beneficial gut bacteria, while also contributing water retention, texture stability, and reduced caloric density to finished formulations. It is used across a broad range of food applications including baked goods, dairy products, beverages, soups, sauces, and instant and functional food products, as well as in the animal feed sector including pet food and aquafeed.
