FiberX (Wheat Resistant Starch) is an insoluble plant-based dietary fiber produced through thermochemical modification of non-GMO wheat starch sourced exclusively from domestic Serbian wheat, supplied as a fine white powder with a dietary fiber content exceeding 85%. It supports gut health as a prebiotic substrate, improves satiety, and lowers the caloric contribution of finished products, making it particularly suited to reduced-sugar, low-carb, and keto-oriented formulations. It is used across milling, baking, confectionery, pasta, dairy, and meat processing applications, as well as in cattle feed, pet food, and aquafeed.
